  • Are we able to meet you at your office ?
    We offer our services to our clients located in all regions of Canada and the U.S.A remotely.This allows us to reduce the processing time needed for all projects and offer some of the most competitive prices on the market. Our project managers are constantly in contact with you through your client portal which will be activated at the beginning of your project. You will have access to your client portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This will give you access to all communications and documentation related to your project. It will also be possible for you to follow the progression of your project done by our team at any moment of the day. You will be able to communicate by phone or email and stay in contact with your project manager during office hours, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
  • Are your prices competitive ?
    Our prices are very competitive and most often lower than the competition, since we are able to save on our operation cost because of our 3.0 business model. Our employees are able to work remotely in order to save office space costs which in result allows our studio to offer lower prices with the same top quality. Our culture is based on integrity and professionalism. This is the reason why we have numerous clients outsourcing their 3D modeling and rendering to our company. Our team is trained to use a wide range of 3D modeling and rendering softwares and are constantly keeping up with the latest trends on the market in order to achieve an ultra-realistic image of our models and renderings, our objective is to ''wow'' our clients and offer a top notch service.
  • How are the payments processed ?
    Since we are exclusively working remotely, we have a partnership with Square,Inc, Stripe and Paypal three highly secure online payment solution provider. The payments can be done by credit card or Paypal via the link that will be sent with the invoice. Generally we require a 30 % retainer to be made prior to starting the project.
  • Are you able to approve or stamp architectural plan ?
    Unfortunately, we do not approve or stamp architectural plans as we are specialized in architectural visualization and are not an architectural firm, as per say. Our team is composed of architectural technicians and graphic designers that are fully qualified for 2D or 3D modeling for architectural firms or clients just like you. We offer an architectural plan conversion service for hand-drawn plans or sketches, we will provide a digital format ( AutoCAD, SketchUP, etc.) as a final result.Those converted plans can be approved or stamped by your architect afterwards. As mentionned above, we also offer a service which consists of converting a 2D floor plan in a 3D aerial floor plan.
  • Are you able to provide plans or 3D rendering to obtain a city permit ?
    We are able to offer floor plans or 3D rendering for a city or building permit but then your floor plans will have to be stamped by a licensed architect as often required by the city. Often the city will need an AutoCAD or SketchUp plan. In most cases, a digital floor plan will satisfy the city requirements but adding a 3D rendering will facilitate communication with the city advisors.
  • What are the delays to complete a 3D modeling or rendering project ?
    The delays will vary depending on the extend of the work or the project needed to be done. In general, it take 3 to 5 business days to complete a virtual homestaging project and 7 to 15 business days to complete a 3D modeling and rendering project, those delay are counted from the moment we receive all required pictures, floor and elevation plans as well as all necessary information needed to complete the project. Certain exception may apply depending on the complexity of the project and the degree of details available on the plans.
  • Which type of documents are required to complete a 3D modeling project ?
    We will need all floor and elevation plans needed to be modelized in 3D. They will have to be provided in a dwg., skp., rvt. or pdf format. If you are not sure of the format you have available please provide us your file we will make sure it is compatible with our softwares. We also offer floor plan conversion, if necessary.
  • Is there any revisions included in the process ?
    Yes, there are 2 revisions included in the process. When doing a revision we will readjust details that were not visible on the floor or elevation plans. The revisions are included during 2 stages of the process : 1- Once 3D modeling is complete 2- Once we add color and texture to the 3D rendering Please note that if a modification is made to the floors or elevation plans initially provided to our team for the project, this is not considered as a revision. Our team will be able to make the changes but this will incur additional charges determined on a case by case basis. It is also possible to get additional revision on top of the 2 already included for additional charges.
  • How will my project be delivered ?
    Your project will be delivered as a digital file through your client portal. You will then be able to download the file for your own use. During the project all digital images will be available 24\7 in your client portal, once the project is fully completed you will still have access to your client portal for a period of 30 days.
  • Why outsource 3D modeling and 3D rendering ?
    Many architecture firms, interior designers and general contractors are able to do 3D modeling or rendering for their clients. Nonetheless, they don't always have highly- qualified employees able to offer a premium service in a timely matter at a reasonable cost. Certain industries will require this service on a ponctual basis. Which can cause cost efficiency and resources issues in the event that an employee as to be hired full time in order to complete those projects. There can be a rush period and certain down times. It is very difficult for an organisation to foresee the moment where a lot of projects will have to be completed.
